Terms and Conditions[ Revisions ]
I usually only give three revisions which happens at the sketching phase. Any additional revisions past the sketching phase will cost an additional 5USD.[ Payment ]
Payments are accepted in both full or 50% upfront and the rest after the sketch has been sent. Payments can be accepted through GCash, Ko-Fi, Vgen and Paypal.[ Refunds ]
Refunds are allowed before the sketch has been sent to the client. Once the sketch has been sent, refunds are no longer allowed.[ Copyright ]
[1] Illustration commissions are strictly for personal use only. Any form of resale, commercial reproduction, or any form of commercial purposes is not allowed. Please contact warvester directly for commercial use.
[2] Emote commissions may be used for profit such as Twitch Subscriptions or Youtube Memberships. Client may commission a third party for animation as long as credit is given. If Client requests emotes of IP not belonging to them, Client is solely responsible for the use of the commissioned work. warvester does not hold responsibility for any DMCA claims made due to copyrighted characters.
[3] Use on AI programs with commissioned illustrations I have created (whether work in progress, a sketch, or finished work) is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.[ Delivery time ]
Fastest release time will be 1 week. Depending on the commission, please allow up to 4 weeks for the commission to be finished. Updates will be issued every 1-14 days. Please expect delays in updates which may be due to other deadlines/revisions/health issues.[ Order Delivery ]
Commission orders will be delivered to the client via email. There is no physical item accompanying orders.
